Check Out Instructions

ü Check out time is 11:00 am unless prior arrangements have been made.

ü Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, fill the dispenser with detergent (located under the kitchen sink), and turn the dishwasher on.

ü Place all used linens and towels in the laundry basket on top of the dryer.

ü Unplug the toaster and coffee maker.

ü Ensure cover is on grill, propane is turned off and grill has been brushed with steel brush provided. Please DO NOT use charcoal or lighting fluid on gas grill.

ü Please ensure your garbage is wrapped and secured tightly in the black garbage bags and placed in the garbage bin outside. This will prevent animals from getting into the garbage and to keep the area clean.

ü Please ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked.

ü Please return key to lock box. The code will be changed after each visit.

ü Please do not turn the gas logs off; leave them on the pilot position.

ü Please leave AC on 90 degrees during the summer. Please leave Heat setting on 65 degrees during the winter.
